Who can join the Referral Programme?
Active Elevale subscribers in good standing can participate. You need a paid account (not a trial-only workspace) to generate partner links and receive payouts.
What is the difference between my customer link and recruit link?
Your customer link (elevale.app/?partner=your-slug) refers people to sign up as Elevale customers and earns 40% Tier 1 commission. Your recruit link (elevale.app/referral-programme?partner=your-slug) invites people to join the Referral Programme under you and earns 5% Tier 2 on their eligible customer referrals.
Is partner commission really lifetime?
Yes. Tier 1 and Tier 2 commissions are lifetime: you earn every month for as long as the referred account stays on a paid Elevale subscription and remains in good standing. There is no expiry date on qualified referrals.
When do I start earning commission?
A referral counts as qualified when the customer completes a new subscription through your partner link and keeps their account active for at least 45 days. After qualification, lifetime commission begins and continues monthly for as long as they stay subscribed. Clicks are tracked for 30 days.
How and when are payouts made?
Approved commissions are paid monthly once your qualified balance reaches £50.00 and your payout details are on file. Timing may vary slightly by payment provider and region.
Do Partner Programme client signups earn referral commission?
No. Referral links send people to Elevale directly and earn referral commission when they subscribe on the platform. Partner Programme client links (under Admin → Reselling) onboard customers to your agency workspace. Those signups do not earn referral commission.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or attempts to game tracking (private browsing, blocked cookies, etc.) do not qualify for commission. Elevale reserves the right to decline or reverse ineligible rewards.
What if someone signs up without using my link?
Commissions are only attributed when the customer uses your unique partner link at sign-up. Retroactive credit for sign-ups that did not use your link is not available.
Do I need to set up tax or payment information?
Yes. To receive payouts you must complete payment and tax details in the Referral Programme dashboard. Payments may be paused until your information is accurate and current.
