Data roles
Elevale is the controller for platform account data (login, billing profile). For workspace content you upload, we act as processor on the instructions of the organisation that administers that workspace.
In-app controls
- Privacy Center: Profile → Privacy: export your data or submit a privacy request
- Account deletion: Profile → Security → Danger zone
- Audit log: Workspace admins can view who changed what
- MFA: Required for all accounts after signup
