Quarterly workshop

The quarterly workshop walks your team through Business Plan and business brief updates at the end of each period. When a workshop is due, Workshop Due appears in the sidebar so you can finish every stage before the new quarter.

Who this is for

Workspace members who take part in quarterly planning. Editors and admins complete Business Plan updates during the workshop.

Before you start

  • A quarterly workshop scheduled for your workspace.

  • Editor or admin access to update Business Plan and the business brief.

Steps

  1. When a quarterly workshop is due, look for Workshop Due in the sidebar (after Dataroom).

  2. Click Workshop Due to open your pending workshop walkthrough.

  3. Update Business Plan and the business brief as prompted.

  4. Complete all stages to mark the workshop finished for the period.

What you should see

Workshop Due clears from the sidebar when every stage is complete. Business Plan and the business brief reflect the latest quarter. OKR planning can start from the updated context.

Troubleshooting

  • Workshop Due does not appear Workshops are scheduled per workspace period. Check with an admin if your quarter has not rolled yet or the workshop was already completed.

  • I cannot save Business Plan changes during the workshop Confirm you have editor or admin access. Complete required brief fields before moving to the next stage.

  • The workshop still shows as incomplete Return to Workshop Due and open any stage still marked pending. All stages must be finished before the period closes.

Who receives Workshop Due reminders?

Members with access to strategic planning typically see Workshop Due when the period ends. Admins may also receive email reminders.

What happens if we miss the workshop deadline?

Workshop Due stays visible until you complete it. Business Plan and OKR planning still work, but leadership context may be out of date.

How does the workshop relate to OKR planning?

Finish the workshop to refresh Business Plan, then open OKR sessions and planning for the new quarter objectives.
