Business+The Calendar shows your work, leave, meetings, and busy time in week, month, or year view. Use layers and settings to control what appears on the grid.
Who this is for
All workspace members on Business+ can open Calendar. Admins can view team leave and individual work calendars.
Before you start
A Business+ plan for your workspace.
Permission to open Calendar from the sidebar.
Tasks with do dates or auto-scheduled work if you want work chips on the grid.
Steps
Open Calendar from the sidebar.
Pick a layout from the Layout menu: Week, Month, or Year. Shortcuts: W, M, Y. Press T for Today.
In Week, review work chips, meetings, leave, and the optional Plan sidebar.
Switch My calendar to Whole team (leave only) or select a person if you are an admin.
Open Settings on the calendar to toggle work, meetings, leave, and holiday layers.
Connect Google or Outlook from calendar settings to show external busy time on the Meetings layer.
What you should see
Your chosen layout shows the right layers. Team leave appears in Away today when the leave layer is on. External meetings show when Google or Outlook is connected.
Troubleshooting
Calendar is empty Turn on the Work, Meetings, or Leave layers in calendar Settings. Confirm tasks have do dates or estimates where required.
Cannot see another person's calendar Only admins can select another member. Whole team shows leave only, not individual work blocks.
External meetings missing Connect Google or Outlook under calendar Settings and enable the Meetings layer.
Common questions
What is the difference between Week and Month view?
Week shows an hour grid with work and meetings. Month shows a day grid summary; click a day for detail.
What does Away today show?
A bar listing who is on approved leave when the leave layer is visible.
Can I plan tasks from the calendar?
Yes. Use Create for leave, meetings, or Fill my week. See Auto-schedule your week for task placement.
What are the lighter blocks after meetings or tasks?
Schedule buffers from calendar settings. They reserve recovery time before the next work block. See Auto-schedule your week.
