Team Directory

Team Directory

The Team Directory helps you find and connect with colleagues across your organization.

Team View

The Team page shows all members with:

  • Profile photo

  • Name and role

  • Department

  • Contact information

  • Workspace memberships

  • Status (active, away, offline)

Team Member Profiles

Click on any team member to see:

  • Basic Info - Name, email, phone

  • Role & Department - Position and team

  • Workspaces - Which workspaces they are in

  • Recent Activity - Tasks, OKRs, and updates

  • Contact Options - Chat, email, call

Search and Filter

Find team members quickly:

  • Search - By name or email

  • Filter by Role - Admin, Member, Viewer

  • Filter by Department - Sales, Marketing, etc.

  • Filter by Workspace - See workspace members

  • Sort - By name, role, or join date

Managing Your Profile

Keep your profile up to date:

  1. Click your avatar in top right

  2. Select Profile

  3. Upload profile photo

  4. Update contact info

  5. Add bio or description

  6. Set timezone

  7. Save changes

Team Management (Admins)

Admins can manage the team:

Inviting Members

  1. Go to Workspace Settings → Team Management (/workspace/settings?tab=teams)

  2. Click Invite Member

  3. Enter email address

  4. Select role

  5. Add to workspaces

  6. Send invitation

Managing Roles

Available roles:

  • Super Admin - Full system access

  • Admin - Organization management

  • Workspace Admin - Workspace management

  • Member - Standard access

  • Viewer - Read-only

Workspace Assignment

Add members to workspaces:

  1. Open team member profile

  2. Click Manage Workspaces

  3. Select workspaces

  4. Save

Removing Members

When someone leaves:

  1. Go to their profile

  2. Click Remove from Organization

  3. Reassign their tasks

  4. Confirm removal

Team Collaboration

From the Team page you can:

  • Send direct messages

  • View member activity

  • See assigned tasks

  • Check OKR ownership

  • @mention in tasks and pages

Presence Status

See who is available:

  • 🟢 Active - Currently online

  • 🟡 Away - Idle or in Do Not Disturb

  • ⚪ Offline - Not currently online

Best Practices

  • Keep your profile updated

  • Use a professional photo

  • Add contact preferences

  • Set accurate timezone

  • Update status when away

  • Respect others availability
