In July you can give each team its own task board, collect certification evidence in the workspace, and share a referral link that already knows who can join.
Tasks
Custom list statuses - rename the columns on a list, reorder them, and drag a task across the board. A delivery list and a sales list no longer have to share one workflow.
Folder-level status defaults - set the columns once on a folder. Lists you add there start with that flow, and one list can still use its own.
Task grouping - group a long list by assignee or status so you can find your work without scrolling the whole backlog.
Subtasks - open a subtask and the assignee, status, and fields match that task. The parent stays available so you can move back up.
Completion warnings - marking a parent done while subtasks are still open asks you to confirm, so unfinished work is not closed by accident.
Comment attachments - add an image or file to a comment so the decision and the file stay on the task.
Certifications
Certification journeys - pick a scheme, work the steps, and attach evidence in Certifications. You can see what is still missing before you hand a pack to an auditor.
Achievements - when an accreditation is recorded, it shows on the profile so teammates can see it without asking.
Risk and controls - keep the risk register, controls, access reviews, and training completion on the same journey instead of a separate tracker.
Team chat and integrations
Slack - connect Slack from Integrations so a channel can receive notifications and @Otto mentions without everyone living in Team Chat.
Billing dates - a planned seat or AI wallet change shows when you are told and when it takes effect, in Workspace Settings.
OKRs and strategy
Duplicate and move objectives - copy or move an objective in the tree when a goal changes owner or quarter, instead of writing it again.
Live strategic brief - a connected dashboard or automation can read the current brief, so the numbers elsewhere stay in step with the plan.
Partner and referral
Referral links - a partner shares one link, checks who is eligible, and previews the team invite before it is sent.
Agency setup - agency admins get guides for Stripe Connect, a custom domain, and the Help Center, so client workspaces can run under their own brand.
Fee breakdown - an agency invoice separates the platform fee, and you choose which billing alerts to receive.
