FoundationCommand Centre lets workspace managers configure {{aiName}} specialists and recurring routines that monitor your workspace. Toggle monitors on or off and review scheduled routine output in {{aiName}} Hub.
Who this is for
Every subscription plan with {{aiName}} AI advisor enabled. Workspace members who can manage Chat settings or workspace settings.
Before you start
Permission to open Chat settings or the feature settings hub.
At least one {{aiName}} specialist or routine configured in your workspace.
Steps
Open Chat and open Chat settings (gear).
Choose the Command Centre tab.
Alternatively, open the Feature settings hub → Chat → Command Centre.
Use Add on a specialist chip to create a missing monitor specialist.
Toggle each specialist on or off without deleting its configuration.
Review Routines that run on a schedule (daily or weekly). Event-triggered routines are managed from specialist Routines sheets.
Open {{aiName}} Hub to review routine output. Pause a routine with Run automatically when you need a break.
What you should see
Enabled specialists and routines run for the workspace. Scheduled output appears in {{aiName}} Hub. Disabled specialists stay configured but inactive.
Troubleshooting
Command Centre tab is missing Confirm you can manage Chat settings and that AI chat is enabled for your workspace.
A monitor specialist chip shows Add Click Add to create the missing roster specialist. Some specialists auto-create when automatic Command Centre mode is on.
Routine output is not appearing Check the routine is active, Run automatically is on, and AI Strategic Advisor is enabled for your workspace.
Common questions
What is the difference between Command Centre and personal specialists?
Command Centre controls workspace-wide monitor specialists and shared scheduled routines. Personal specialists are created from New specialist in your own {{aiName}} chat.
Where do event-triggered routines live?
Open Routines from the specialist chat. Command Centre lists schedule-based routines; event triggers are edited on the specialist Routines sheet.
Can I hide {{aiName}} Hub conversations?
Yes. Hiding removes the conversation from your {{aiName}} Hub sidebar. Messages are kept and you can reopen from a direct link.
