Before you start
Access to Overview from the sidebar.
Steps
Open Overview from the sidebar.
Review the Business Health Score: a composite score from OKRs, KPIs, tasks, market data, and strategic alignment.
Use Trends to spot issues early. Drill into component areas for detail.
Work through the Getting Started checklist: walkthrough, business brief, team invites, first OKR and KPI.
Dismiss the checklist when finished or revisit from Overview anytime.
Open the Priority tab for a focused feed of overdue tasks, upcoming meetings, and chat items that need attention.
Expand cards with Show details or collapse with Hide details.
Use the Ask {{aiName}} bar and prompt chips to act on items without leaving Overview.
Review Overview widgets for OKRs, KPIs, tasks, strategic alignment, and market signals.
Drag and resize widgets where your plan allows custom layouts.
What you should see
Overview shows your health score, priority items, and widget summaries. AI insight cards highlight risks and opportunities from live workspace data. The Priority tab keeps actionable items in one place.
Troubleshooting
Business Health Score looks low Open each component area from the score breakdown. Missing OKRs, stale KPIs, or incomplete Business Plan often pull the score down.
I cannot rearrange widgets Widget drag and resize may require a higher plan tier. Check subscription plans for layout options.
Priority tab is empty Priority surfaces overdue tasks, upcoming meetings, and chat items that need attention. If nothing is due, the feed may be clear.
Common questions
What feeds the Business Health Score?
OKR progress, KPI values, task completion, market signals, and strategic alignment from Business Plan all contribute to the composite score.
Can I hide the Getting Started checklist?
Yes. Dismiss it when you are done. Reopen it from Overview if a new teammate needs the same walkthrough.
How is Overview different from Live dashboards?
Overview is your personal command center inside Elevale. Live dashboards (Business+) are shareable reporting views for leadership.
