Who this is for
Every subscription plan includes {{aiName}} AI advisor. Foundation opens {{aiName}} in Chat without team channels. Business+ adds full Team Chat in the same area. Availability also depends on workspace AI settings and your AI wallet.

Permission to open Chat from the sidebar.
Workspace AI features enabled by your admin when required.
Steps
Open Chat from the sidebar.
Ask {{aiName}} a question or tap a surface suggestion when one appears on Tasks, OKRs, KPIs, Wiki, or Process Map.
Review any proposed task, wiki, or OKR changes before you accept them.
After {{aiName}} replies, suggested follow-up questions may appear - tap one to continue the thread. In voice mode, follow-up nudges can appear after spoken replies.
Ask {{aiName}} about active workspace automations by name - for example which rules notify a channel or react to check-ins.
To import memory from another assistant, open your profile  {{aiName}} memory  Import memory, then paste results back after running the export prompt externally.
Open New specialist from {{aiName}} chat for a focused persona, or open Routines from a specialist to schedule recurring briefings.
Open Connections from {{aiName}} chat to link apps or custom MCP servers.
For workspace-wide specialists and scheduled monitors, open Command Centre from Chat settings.
What you should see
{{aiName}} responds with workspace context. Accepted proposals update tasks, wiki pages, or OKRs. Routine and specialist output appears in Chat and {{aiName}} Hub.
Troubleshooting
Chat is {{aiName}}-only with no team channels Foundation workspaces get {{aiName}} without team messaging. Upgrade to Business+ for full Team Chat.
{{aiName}} cannot run or proposals fail Check AI wallet balance and workspace AI settings under Workspace Settings  Billing.
Surface suggestions do not appear Open the relevant module (Tasks, OKRs, Wiki, or Process Map) with enough context for {{aiName}} to suggest an action.

{{aiName}} is the general workspace assistant. Specialists are focused personas such as OKR coach, Task closer, or Wiki librarian with their own chat and routines.
What are write confirmation modes?
Confirm all, Auto-review, and Allowlist control how {{aiName}} applies changes without asking each time. Adjust these in Chat settings when your workspace allows it.
Where do briefing packs appear?
{{aiName}} delivers briefing packs and routine suggestions as cards in Chat. Use Review routine or Don't suggest this again on routine cards.
Can {{aiName}} list my workspace automations?
Yes. Ask which automations are active or what a rule does. {{aiName}} reads live automation data instead of guessing.
What are suggested follow-ups?
