Common questions

What is the difference between workspace and list scope?

Workspace fields apply everywhere in the workspace. List or folder fields appear only on tasks in that list or folder.

Can I use custom fields in filters?

Yes. After a field is created, add it to a view and filter from Customize view when the field type supports filtering.

Do formula fields update automatically?

Formula fields recalculate from other field values on the task. Edit source fields to refresh the result.
