Professional+Company Wiki stores your organisation SOPs and knowledge. Platform Documentation is the same Help library inside the app with your branding applied.

Who this is for

Company Wiki on Professional+. Platform Documentation articles are available to all users in the app.

Before you start

  • Professional+ for Company Wiki edit access (unless your role is viewer).

  • Dataroom visible in the sidebar.

Steps

  1. Expand Dataroom in the sidebar, then open Company Wiki.

  2. Browse folders in the left tree. Click a page to read or edit.

  3. Click New page or use the folder menu to add pages and subfolders.

  4. Use the rich text editor for headings, lists, tables, images, and embedded media.

  5. Attach files from your device or reuse items from the Media Library.

  6. Save drafts as you work. Publish when the page is ready for the team.

What you should see

Published pages are visible to members with wiki access. Platform Documentation opens the Help tree read-only with organisation branding.

Troubleshooting

  • Company Wiki is missing Confirm Professional+ plan and Dataroom access. Viewers may see read-only pages only.

  • Cannot publish Check your wiki role. Editors and admins can publish; viewers cannot.

  • Need a deleted page backOpen Workspace Settings → General → Content → Archived items before retention expires.

What is the difference from Platform Documentation?

Company Wiki is your workspace content. Platform Documentation is the product Help library mirrored in-app.

Can I embed media?

Yes. Use the editor to embed images or pick files from the Media Library.

How do certifications use wiki?
