Professional+Certifications help you prepare for external accreditation and compliance schemes. Pick a scheme from the catalog, work through gated journey steps, build an evidence library, and export a handover pack for your auditor.
Who this is for
Professional+ workspaces with Certifications enabled. Elevale prepares evidence; submission and award happen on the official certifying body portal.
Before you start
Professional+ plan with Certifications in Dataroom.
Permission to open Certifications and add journeys.
Steps
Expand Dataroom in the sidebar, then open Certifications.
Click Add Journey to browse the accreditation catalog.
Complete any tier wizard before you start (for example CHAS, Constructionline, Cyber Essentials Plus).
Open the Journey Steps tab and work through section-gated checkpoints.
Link evidence from Wiki pages, uploads, KPIs, OKRs, tasks, Business Plan fields, process map nodes, and programme tools.
Mark inline clause checklists compliant, partial, or gap. Attach grouped evidence and assign owners.
Review completeness on the Library tab, then export a handover pack as ZIP, Markdown, or JSON when ready.
Track status Ready, Submitted, and Obtained. Record certificate number and expiry when you mark Obtained.
What you should see
Evidence slots fill as you link workspace data. The handover checklist on Overview shows remaining gaps. Exported packs are ready to share with an auditor outside Elevale.
Troubleshooting
Certifications is missing from Dataroom Confirm your workspace is on Professional+ and that an admin enabled Certifications.
A clause cannot be marked compliant Attach the required evidence type for that slot. Some clauses need a minimum number of linked items.
AI slot suggestions look wrong Accept or reject each suggestion explicitly. Batch upload suggestions are advisory only.

Does Elevale certify my organisation?
No. Elevale tracks readiness and evidence. Certification submission and award happen on the official body portal.
What are programme tools?
Each journey embeds tools such as Training, Incidents, System access, Vendor risk, Risk register, and Auditor handover scoped to that scheme.
Can I publish to Trust Center?
Yes for obtained certifications when your plan includes Certifications. Use the lifecycle controls on the journey Overview.
