Process Map

Professional+Process Map documents operational flows with nodes, stages, and connections. Link wiki SOPs and certification evidence to steps. {{aiName}} can propose map updates when linked wiki pages change.

Who this is for

Professional+ workspaces. Some workspaces show Customer Journey instead of Process Map under Dataroom.

Before you start

  • Process Map or Customer Journey enabled in Dataroom.

  • Permission to edit flows when you need to change the map.

Steps

  1. Expand Dataroom in the sidebar, then open Process Map (or Customer Journey).

  2. Build flows with nodes, stages, and connections.

  3. Link wiki SOPs and certification evidence to process steps where relevant.

  4. When a linked wiki SOP changes, review change proposals to accept or dismiss map updates.

  5. Create a Process mapper specialist from {{aiName}} chat to work a process iteratively.

  6. Accept suggested task dependencies from the map on linked tasks when they appear.

What you should see

The flow reflects your operating model. Linked wiki and task dependencies stay aligned after you accept proposals.

Troubleshooting

  • Process Map is missing from Dataroom Confirm Professional+ and that your workspace uses Process Map rather than a renamed Customer Journey entry.

  • Change proposals keep appearing Accept or dismiss each proposal. Unresolved wiki edits will keep generating suggestions for linked nodes.

  • Process mapper specialist is unavailable Open New specialist from {{aiName}} chat and pick the Process mapper template.

Common questions

What is Customer Journey?

Some workspaces label the same feature Customer Journey under Dataroom instead of Process Map.

How do wiki SOPs link to nodes?

Attach wiki pages from node detail panels. Changes to the page can trigger map update proposals.

Can {{aiName}} build a flow for me?

Yes. Use the Process mapper specialist to iterate on a flow and ship when the map holds.
