All workspace members can view OKRs. Editors and admins create objectives, key results, and planning sessions.
Before you start
Access to OKRs from the sidebar.
A planning session for the current quarter (create one if none exists).
Steps
Open OKRs from the sidebar.
Review objectives and key results for the active planning session.
Link tasks to key results from the Tasks area for traceable delivery.
Use OKR planning sessions on the OKRs page to align quarterly objectives.
Assign owners and due dates on each key result so progress is visible to the team.
Open Task Management in Elevale for subtasks, assignees, and status workflows on linked work.
What you should see
Objectives show key results with owners, confidence, and progress. Linked tasks roll up into key result status. The team shares one view of quarterly priorities.
Troubleshooting
I cannot create a planning session Confirm you have editor or admin access. Viewers can read OKRs but cannot add sessions or objectives.
Tasks do not appear on a key result Open the task and link it to the objective or key result from the task detail panel.
Progress looks stale Run a weekly check-in on the OKRs page or update key result values directly. Linked KPIs can also roll up automatically.
