Member duties

Professional+Duties describe what each person owns. Link them to Process Map nodes, wiki SOPs, and task templates so handoffs stay clear.

Who this is for

Professional+ workspaces. Admins manage the full duty list; members can edit notes on their own duties.

Before you start

  • Professional+ plan.

  • Admin access to add duties, or a profile with assigned duties as a member.

Steps

  1. Open a team member profile from Team Directory or Workspace Settings.

  2. Scroll to Duties to see owned outcomes.

  3. Admins: click Add for a single duty, or Structure with {{aiName}} to turn a pasted list into duties.

  4. Import from Process Map to pull nodes that are not yet linked.

  5. Use Document or Write SOP to create wiki and template links from a duty.

  6. Members can tap a duty to edit their notes.

  7. When someone leaves or changes role, use Suggest handoffs with {{aiName}} to propose duty transfers. Review proposals before confirming.

What you should see

Duties appear on profiles with links to process map nodes, wiki pages, and templates. Handoff suggestions help when roles change.

Troubleshooting

  • Duties section is missing Confirm Professional+ plan and that you are viewing a member profile, not just your account settings.

  • Structure with {{aiName}} produced poor results Paste a clear bullet list of outcomes. Edit duties manually after import.

  • Process Map import shows no nodes Publish process map nodes first. Only unlinked nodes appear in import.
