Before you start
Partner referrals enabled for your organisation and workspace.
Eligible account status shown on the referral portal.
Steps
Open Referral programme from the sidebar when it is shown.
Click Get your link to enrol and activate your referral link.
Enter a Referral link name so you can tell campaigns apart.
Copy your link and share it. Attribution applies when someone signs up through the link.
Track referrals, commissions, campaign links, partner-recruit vouchers, and payout status in the portal.
Add payout details after you join so commissions can be sent.
Optional: use Invite by email to send a branded message with your referral link.
What you should see
Qualified referrals appear in the portal after the hold period. Commissions pay out automatically once your balance reaches the minimum threshold.
Troubleshooting
Referral programme is missing from the sidebar Your organisation or workspace may not have partner referrals enabled, or your account may not be eligible yet.
Referral link name is rejected Use at least three characters for Referral link name.
Commission is not paid Confirm payout details, hold period, and that the subscription is an eligible direct Elevale plan.

What subscriptions qualify?
Eligible direct Elevale subscriptions qualify. Partner client billing is excluded.
How do I invite multiple people by email?
Enter addresses separated by commas, spaces, or new lines in Invite by email. Add a first name when inviting one person.
Who manages the programme for resellers?
Reseller admins manage settings from Admin → Referral programme.
