  • Unread mail and mail older than 7 days on a personal dashboard.

  • Average reply time next to a service OKR.

  • Received in 24 hours - Messages received in the last 24 hours, excluding sent, drafts, chat, spam, and trash. Sync daily or weekly for trends.
